My wife and I are very pleased with these skillets we purchased online. We really enjoy using them, learning to cook the "waterless and "greaseless" way. When we grill meat on the skillet, we do not need to use any cooking oil. The meat gets cooked in its own fat. For vegetables, we find the cooking time shorter using the skillet, compared to using other pans or pots we have. In addition, the cooked vegetable retains its own natural sweetness. The skillets are also easy to clean.It's truly the healthier way of cooking. On top of that, we save on the cooking oil as well as the gas.

The reason I ordered these was because they have lids and are stainless. I was not disappointed. These are used everyday and are perfect for our needs.

The pans are of high quality but the bad thing about these pan are the covers. There is a steam hole on top of the knob and there is a sort of lever which you use to open or close the steam hole. Unfortunately when the contents start steaming the steam also escapes from the lever. This makes it difficult to grab the knob so to compensate I don't cover the pan completely. This prevents the steam from building up. As for the pan themselves they are high quality and worth getting for the price.

The pots and lids are awesome, they feel solid and well made. However, the "lid knobs" are cheaply made ofquestionable plastic parts and the knobs are attached to the lid with a rubber/plastic ring that is visible. I can'thelp but feel that harmful chemicals will leech/drip into food as it cooks/steams in this cookware. Disappointed!

These pans are terrific! Nothing sticks to them. The construction and materials are far superior to most of the pans I own. I would recommend them highly. HOWEVER, DON'T BUY THEM FROM SELLER BuyDBest!!! The pans arrived with no info on care or use so I tried numerous time to contact the seller and got ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER AT ALL! Fortunately there was enough info on the internet about waterless cooking to get me started.

These pots are not very good. Food sticks easily to them and is very difficult to remove. The tops are loose already and so is one of the handles.

I bought this set to add to my waterless cookware. Absolutely love themQuality is great
