This is a great buy for the performance. I replaced the wife's I5 PC with Windows 10 that was painfully slow and would have to be rebooted 2 times a day. This machine was easy to set up. Windows made it easy to transfer her setting to the new unit. The performance is like night and day. Web pages pop up instantaneously and paired to our network Printer with no issues. I highly recommend this Dell OptiPlex 7070. By the way... mine came with a disc drive also!

This computer was recommended to me by a friend who is in the computer business and it did not disappoint. I was nursing a windows 10 computer that was old and tired and took way to long to boot up. I've been using it for 2 months now, it boots up super fast because of the I gig SSD drive and performs very well! It's a refirb but was package well and flawless cosmetically. Using it for 2 months and I'm very impressed. Windows 11 was a bit of a learning curve but I'm used to it now.. Sound card was not as rich and adjustable as the beats audio I had on the computer it replaced but this was not my use case and it's tolerable for all the money I saved.. Dell support site is great too and updated all my drivers, bios and firmware and the windows 11 updates worked as they should. A great value!!

Great machine, but two cons that might leave some people stuck and disappointed. First the potential biggy. The system came with NO power cord. Oops! Also, as other another review stated, the Wi-Fi is NOT built in by DELL as the description states. It is a tiny $5 USB type but it works just fine and this makes no difference to me, but it might to some. FYI, if you get this machine and the Wi-Fi sees access points but will not connect, try a different USB port. I started with the 4th USB3 (blue) port on the right and no go. I moved it to the first on the left, and it has been solid now for a few days. I don't know why this would happen, but I got it working so no big deal. Neither of those issues flustered me, your mileage may vary. I got this refurb PC because of its 8 core i7-9700, 32GB RAM and 1TB SDD all for a great price. If you have never owned one of these DELL commercial grade machines, you will not be disappointed. The build quality and the heavy sheet metal used in these units is far superior to a discount consumer grade PC. I have had four similar mini towers like this over the years - 2 HP and 2 DELL, but this is the most powerful one yet. The $400 price point makes it a no-brainer for most business and home office uses. It runs Win11, Libre Office, some trading and charting platforms, and FL Studio DAW all at the same time without hesitation. The 32GB RAM no doubt helps with that. The unit arrived well packed for shipping and reasonably clean, though it had what I thought at first was a small scratch on top. This turned out to be a splash of white-out from its past corporate life. As I mentioned above, what could be a showstopper for most users looking for a turnkey machine, this unit arrived with no power cord. Now, having been a PC hardware nerd for decades, I have dozens of the standard power cords laying around, and it did not slow me down a bit. Obviously, though, a power cord should come in the box, and most likely will in yours. I can't imagine they left it out on purpose. I have not tested the included CHEAP wireless keyboard and mouse, but I am sure they are fine for what they are and are probably an upgrade for laptop keyboard users. Great value, in a small, solid package.

The computer has a serial plug for the monitor connection; it is a male connection. The cable from my monitor has a male connection. Two males will not connect. I have never seen a male connection on the computer. secondly, I got two wireless devices but only received one wireless USB plug. I called the customer service number and got hold of a person quickly. after 28 minutes on the phone with this person, probably in China based upon the accent, I had to hang up. The person had no Idea what I was talking about. Extremely frustrating. I now need to contact the GEEK squad to bail me out. I should have bought new. Any money I saved is not worth the aggravation.

Understand that it is older and refurbished. BUT the price is right and so far it has run perfectly. ALSO it has built in WiFi (antennas included). BUT no documentation.

My work Optiplex wouldn't turn on Monday morning, and I was in dire need for replacement. I found a comparable PC with TekRefurbs and purchased. After initially purchasing the Dell Optiplex, I was offered a free upgrade to a Dell Precision. Within two business days my new computer arrived. I unboxed and quickly got my apps ready and was working within an hour. However, the line-out audio on both the front and back jacks were not working when I plugged in my external speakers. I would only hear a audio from an internal speaker coming from the CPU. I tried updating audio drivers and rebooting, but no audio was being sent to the speakers. I messaged with TekRefurbs and they offered a remote session and Bob was able to fix the problem. Very happy with the computer and the support.

Electrically, the computer worked Ok but the top cover was damaged (bubbled and pealing) and the front bezel had an incorrect model number on it (5060 instead of 7070). The case also had gummy adhesive apparently from labels had been removed. Fortunately, I have a good cover and bezel from a 7070 that went bad, so I am keeping this unit rather than rolling the dice and possibly receiving something in worse condition on my next purchase. On my previous attempt at buying a 7070. the unit had a malfunctioning drive activity LED. So I returned that and bought this instead. I really like the 7070 model and the price was good, but I would prefer to have less of a hassle in getting one that both worked well and looked good.

took it out of the box , hooked it up to new monitor and windows 11 came up . I installed a second 2 tb hard drive for storage along with 2 usb storage devices from last computer with all my pictures apps music etc. I belive there was only room for the 1 extra ssd inside . So far Great choice . I'm old but still busy , don't get into vidio games .

Estéticamente bien, pero de que sirve esto, si el problema viene desde adentro, perdida de tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo, mejor comprar nuevo
