Perfect for airsoft or as a cosplay prop
Basic but decently quality for airsoft, fits well on both my M4 and M16 Bayonet mounts. It's definitely not as weighty as a real bayonet, especially the handle, it feels pretty hollow and light weight. On the plus side, it's not a huge additional burden to carry around, downside is it just feels like it would break if I dropped it or bumped it into a doorway.

Nice
I thought the blade would be softer to actually slash people in airsoft. The plastic is hard so I don’t recommend that. Won’t cut you but could hurt if jam it into someone.

Not actually rubber, just soft plastic.
The handle is cheap junk. The blade seems alright but I'm also not using this for training or whatever it's marketed as, it's a prop for my airsoft loadout. It's not soft rubber, it's more like soft plastic. I wouldn't bend it unless you want the blade to break. It tends to rattle inside the sheath so I took a business card and folded it into an insert to muffle that, which also made it stay in there a little better. You'll want an additional strap for the bottom if you're gonna hang this off of a belt, otherwise it tends to sway around when you run. For the money it looks like a knife and that's all I wanted out of it.

THIS THING IS HUGE!
Ok- my bad for not reading carefully. as it says 11.75" right in the title... but its still BIGGER than that. - overall length is 14" - blade is ~8" - bottom part of sheath is 9-9.5" It's just comically large. I wanted something that looked an felt more tactical. Think like smaller boot knife. I think I thought 11.75 was overall size with the case, sheath and handle, but it's not - I'm actually not sure what 11.75" refers to... Anyway- this thing is BIG and intimidating looking. It would be very conspicuous on your person or calf.

Made cheap and NOT rubber. Misleading
It is not rubber. it is very cheap toy plastic. Not worth $16, let alone $5. This is something you'd get at Dollar Tree. It feels cheap, and not durable in the slightest.

Prop knife
For a plastic knife the sheath is pretty decently made and the knife looks nice. The plastic is pretty durable and not flimsy and from a distance looks pretty believable. My son loves it.

Cheap and nasty!!!
Cheap and nasty. Not suitable for martial arts training in knife defence. The packaging was terrible like something from a $2 shop, and what's more, it arrived in 3 pieces due to rough handling. Would not care if I only spent $5 on it, but it's a joke at $30.
