Reflective Steering Wheele Sun Heat Shield

If someone can park aiming the vehicle due north this will provide excellent protection from the sun shining through the sunroof.For most of us, this will provide barely "better than nothing" protection.As you can see in the photo, I am highly disappointed that there is literally almost no material, that really, honestly covers and protects the steering wheel.That little strip of shiny material at the top covers between 11 and 1 on the steering wheel. My car was aimed due south, sun shining directly through the windshield and it was a very hot day.Where my hands normally sat was too hot to hold, but if I held high on the steering wheel, between 11 and 1, I Could touch the steering wheel.You can see from my photo, it offers no side protection whatsoever, there's no wraparound lower on on the steering wheel.this little pancake of material sits directly on top of the steering wheel and does not wrap around to cover it.Note to manufacturer: you need about two or three times the material you have on that little back piece and it needs to extend much farther down the side.Better luck next time.

MY FIRST ONE WAS LOST IN THE MAIL OR DELIVERED WRONGLY HOWEVER ANOTHER WAS SENT DIRECTLY AND IT IS PERFECT..I HAVE A LEATHER COVER OVER MY STEERING WHEEEL TO PROTEST IT BUT AS I LEARNED FROM MY PREVIOUS CAR THE SUN SHINES ON THE CENTER AND THE BUTTONS START CRACKING AND FALLING APART SO I WISHED TO PREVENT/PROLONG THE LIFE OF THE CENTER--THIS COVER NOT ONLY FITS OVER THE TOP OF THE STEERING WHEEL BUT COVERS IT COMPLETELY THEN FOLDS UP NICELY AND FITS IN THE DOOR POCKET WHEN NOT IN USE--IT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED- MY SISTER HAS ONE SAYS IT FITS RIGHT OVER HER GPS SCREEN TO PROTECT IT SO I MAY ORDER A SECOND --WELL WORTH THE LITTLE BIT OF MONEY

I am very happy with the purchase of this steering wheel cover. It is well made for this amount of money and I expect it to last quite awhile. I would name it by brand, but there is none listed on the package. It is the same package as depicted in the product description photograph. The seller information says it fits "about 17"" steering wheels. It fits my 15.5" (39.4 cm) diameter modern thick rim steering wheel like a glove. I don't think it would fit/cover anything much larger than that (and I doubt very much 17"). But, don't get me wrong-I do recommend this product. Just make sure your wheel is not too large for it.

Easy to use and store. Really keeps the steering wheel safe from the Sun. One problem....the black trim around the cover turns to a powder after a few uses and gets all over your hands and clothes. The cover still works well without the trim.

It was 120 degrees where I live the other day and I had to go out and I was able to touch my steering wheel . much appreciated here in the summer time.

Smaller than expected but it does the job just doesn’t fit well on one of my cars. Overall happy with the product.

Keeps steering wheel protected from sun. Much cooler to the touch and protects leather.
