I've had superior products in the past. This belt is too flimsy for it's purpose. It is rather difficult to use, as you can't see where you are putting the tabs. Resulting in the velcro top tab hanging over the edge of the belt, as they are the same width as the belt. I trimmed mine down but it is still difficult, the edges poke you. Regardless, they move around easily and fold over because they are too thin.

I had one of these for many years and could not find it anywhere...then my DC saw this on the internet So happy to finally find this narrow belt as most of them are too wide to put under clothing and not have them show...

I have a ciatic condition and do several sports like tennis, biking, hicking, kayaking, swimming and wearing the belt on my hips seems to help release my back. So I recommend spécially this belt. Black colour is pratical.

it has a poor design that makes this belt unusable.The belt is not a straight from one to the other end, I mean it has that very inconvenient breaks here and there with unnecessary attachments, stretchable fabrics, in very obstructive locations imaginable. I kept it for weeks in case it might be useful in some ways, and then went into trash bin.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Have used one for years but wore it out and couldn't find one locally.

Gives good support for daily life chores

Belt itself has not held up well. Approximately 1 month of use and it looks years old. For a short term use, this inexpensive belt is good, but I would recomend paying for a higher quality brace.
