Great design, good materials, decent instructions! Redid my daughter's closet and this made it nice neat and organized!

I love this. The cubby is a really good size and has really cleaned up and organized my baby's closet. It was easy to put together but installing was kind of a pain but I think that was more my handyman skills being the problem. It's actually bigger than I thought it'd be and extremely sturdy which I'm happy because I was worried it'd be kind of small and rickety with cheap metal bars. I want to get one for my closet now.

I had purchased one of these for my daughter's closet 10 months ago and came back to purchase mine. Hers came via 6-8 boxes and really well packaged. Each section was in it own box and all the hardware was neatly packaged. Mine however, came all in 1 box with 1 piece of Styrofoam on each end. The corners of each board is dented or broken off.The quality is fine for partial board. Just know if you are too hard on the hardware they are going to break at the spot of install. Directions are nice and easy to follow with great tips!Overall it's good for the price and worth the repurchase, just sad they have decided to cut corners on the packaging.

We assembled the shelving unit first, as per instructions, and were disappointed at how wobbly the shelf stood on its own. The adjustable feet were small for the height of the unit and seemed like they would not be supportive enough. I debated even finishing the install, but we needed to get the baby room all done (crunch time!). The sturdy but thin cardboard support corners on the back of the shelf unit were not super encouraging..... the drawers seemed to fit ok, but opened and closed very firmly- which didn’t work with the wobbly shelf.All of this said, we were proved pleasantly wrong and I am so happy we stuck with this shelf unit. We leveled off the standing shelf unit with the adjustable feet and started mounting and leveling the clothes rods- which was a breeze and the rods worked great!When the rods were in place, we mounted the shelves where we wanted them. The included shelf brackets were perfect and worked great. Immediately the unit all ‘came together’ and the mounting of the shelves to the back closet wall really secured the rest of the standing shelf unit. (We had our initial doubts) Once the individual shelves were secured to the wall, the standing part of the unit felt very solid- I’m not even sure if we’ll need to add any additional support brackets (which we considered)- and the drawers now opened and closed very nicely. We will probably add some glue or other adhesive to attach the adjustable shelves in the standing tower as the shelves slide off of the provided plastic clips very easily and this is the closet in our baby room... the sliding shelves are a pro or con depending on how you plan to use this system.Our closet spaces are small, and I would recommend this unit to help organize and make the most of your space. The price was reasonable and the unit really helps organize your things while being totally adjustable. We will probably order a second unit for our other bedroom now.I’m not sure how the rod jointing system would hold up over time with a lot of clothing or heavy items hanging on them in a larger closet where they would be expanded further to use the space. I might add a middle support arm to each rod if you are expanding them to full width. Overall, a great system!

My house has insanely small closets and I had absolutely no room for my daughter’s nursery. We bought this and it works amazingly! The instructions were easy to follow (there was some user error in the process lol) and it holds a lot of baby clothes!

This works great for someone like me. Plenty of space to hang all my clothes and the center area for shoes. For shelving, I simply bout a longer board and cut it down to add e additional shelves with some shelve supports using existing holes.

Really well built. The hanger rods are really nice. Assembly is easy just follow the directions and makes it easy. Without a power drill would make it harder. I would not attempt with a power tool.

I purchase what was supposed to be the same item a few months ago for one of my closets. I bought in jn person from a local home improvement store. I needed the same thing for another closet, so I ordered this item. The delivery was no problem at all, but manufacturer has definitely changed this product for the worse. They skimped on production by making the dimensions slightly smaller. I cannot even tell you how awful the quality is in the plastic parts to hold the rods. They snap easily - two of them did and the only way I was able to use them was by “rigging” the cracked parts by using other screws all around the bar to hold it in place and use cable items to also help keep the bars in place. I have no idea how long this will hold, and I have no confidence that the other plastic holders will hold up.I’m very disappointed.

Easy to assemble and makes my closet have so much space!

I REALLY love this closet organizer. It did take a while to install it and I had to bring the rods to the local hardware store where they trimmed the rods so they would fit my closet which is 5 feet 9 inches. If you do that, be sure to have them trim the side WITHOUT the holes. You need those holes to fit into the brackets so if you have the wrong side trimmed, you'll ruin the rod. All in all, I am thrilled. The unit is secured, the rods are solid and it looks great!

The unit went together as expected, we added drawers and it all looks quite nice. Unfortunately in shipping 4 of the 6 wall brackets for the closet rods were smashed into pieces. These replacements are not sold separately and the oval shape and click fastener make them unique. But luckily my wife contacted ClosetMaid headquarters and graciously sent us replacement brackets.

We purchased two of these organizers. They are easy to build and install (one person job). Would recommend buying shelves to add to the top if you’ve got the room. Just helps to get more storage out of the piece.

I was worried this would not be strong enough. I have lots of clothes. It was easy to assemble and will purchase another for my spare bedroom.
