Very comfortable, easy to use and minimum impact for clothing. The velcro holds well and it has good modular design. For ease of cleaning and putting on, there is the option to fully remove the strap that goes round the seat and re-attatch if required. Doesn't need to be too tight keeps and gives pain relief when walking and doing everyday tasks.

Having got myself an inguinal hernia I went to doctors. He confirmed it was indeed a hernia and referred me for surgery - Mega long waiting list. No other advice except don't stain or lift anything heavy. Severely restricted with what I could do, I could walk to top of street but would have to hold myself walking back. I looked on Amazon and found this truss. I would not normally buy the more expensive one but with suffering I bought this one and do not regret it. I now carry on more or less as normal. (Still no heavy lifting) Tips. Lay down flat for a short time so the Hernia lump reduces then fit the truss. It does not have to be tight. Make sure the crotch strap passes between the legs and over the buttock at the hernia side. This makes sure it does not go between the buttocks causing discomfort. It also allows you to go to toilet normally for a pee or poo. Wear it against the skin, not over your shorts. This helps prevent it moving. (after trying a truss and agreeing it works, I would recommend buying a second for hygiene reasons The crouch strap tends to be a bit long for me, wrap it around the waste band and make sure the velco end dose not rub on the skin. I have bought a £10 cheaper version that does the job, but the edging material is harder and chaffs when riding my bike. Very disappointed with the NHS (They could have advised me about these trusses even if they can't prescribe them) but happy with this truss. I hope this information helps other people that have had their lives severely restricted by Inguinal hernias.

It all depends on where your hernia is and whether it comes out at right angles to your skin or obliquely. I couldn’t get it to work as well as hernia pants which barely do the job too. It seems well made.

Does the job well

Well made and a quality belt. Fits neatly with a well formed and shaped pressure pad. The Velcro holds everything in place and the belt is comfortable to wear all day. Initially , the strong elastic belt took a few days to soften and fit to my shape. Overall a good product and worth consideration

This was a real life saver for my husband. He was in agony waiting for hernia repair surgery and can't believe the difference this simple belt has made. He is now able to walk comfortably whereas previously just standing still was a real trial. I have ordered a second belt for hygiene purposes while he waits for the surgery.

The belt is very comfortable to wear and as such does the job .

L'ho comprato per fare il bagno al mare e ha funzionato molto bene, solo la cinghietta sotto gamba è un po' rigida e alla lunga può dare un po di fastidio all'interno coscia. Per il resto è comodo e robusto

Hab Leistenbruch mit Ausstülbung. Warte noch 3 Wochen bis OP und der Urlaub steht bevor. Man empfahl mir das es Leistenbruch Gurte gibt die Erleichterung verschaffen sollen. Genau das kann ich bei diesem Gurt bestätigen. Er saß auf Anhieb perfekt an der richtigen Stelle. Wenn ich den Gurt trage, habe ich keine unangenehmen Schmerzen und brennen. Nur man benötigt eine Unterhose mit Bein, damit der kleine Gurt im Schritt nicht reibt. Das klappt sehr gut. Ich bin froh diesen Gurt gefunden zu haben. Ich kann ihn wirklich gut empfehlen da er mir gleich Erleichterung verschaffte.

super efficace pour mon hernie inguinale , en attendant de me faire opérer dans 15 jours, je peux de nouveau travailler sans avoir des douleurs, très très content du produit , ajustable et plutôt confortable , même en position assise .il faut placer la bosse du dispositif, pour éviter que l'hernie ne sorte. bien sur je conseille de consulter un médecin immédiatement pour tout ceux qui ont ce problème qui peux être très grave ( mon hernie ne nécessite pas une urgence , c'est juste parfais très douloureux)
