This is my second purchase of this item. My diabetic cat benefits from a daily dose of B12 (Methylcobalamin) to prevent neuropathy in her hind legs. I was using the brand recommended by her vet, but it's very expensive and she hated the taste...would spit it out or not finish taking it. I found this and tried it. I mix it with Churu squeeze up treats and she scarfs it down. Works as well as the vet-recommended brand name, and it's much less expensive.

Being low in b12 can be very scary. I personally have had various deficiencies over the years and b12 deficiency has the worst symptoms. I don't want to go into too much detail but anyone experiencing mental issues should be supplementing this and don't be afraid to take a "therapeutic" dose. When I got these I immediately started taking 3 per day. I took a few days break bc I felt better and let me tell you not to do that. Be consistent. after about 10 days my brain begin to change and reality seemed more normal. Of course I am putting my family and friends on this. It's' too important to let anyone be deficient especially in these stressful times. Also note that stress depletes nutrients from your system as well as any illness. also, your liver requires b12 to help it not accumulate fat and to detox. Take care of yourselves.

This is a good product. It has no after taste, it’s also easy to swallow. I had no gut issues or bowel issues while using. I noticed an energy spike and that’s a good thing.

The capsules are so small so it is easy for anyone to swallow, the quality is great especially for the price! If I forget to take one my body will definitely remind me to. Great source of natural energy. No bad taste

I have just started using this Vitamin B12. So, I can see that it works. I feel much better, energy raised up,drowsiness during the day went down. So,I continue to use it.
