What is the mouthfeel like with this product? I see that it creates foam on the top, but egg whites change the whole cocktail, to have a creamy textur

It works!!
We were using the other popular vegan foamed that comes in the blue bottle with a little pipette thing but the glass on those kept breaking no water how gently we put it back in the bottle. This product is the perfect alternative. It works perfectly just as egg yolk would. No weird smells, no taste to it at all, vegan friendly and perfect foam

Takles quite a lot of this too get the cocktails throffing, it does help but not as much as i had hoped... 3 stars... Price is good

Chick pea water works better
3 dashes produced some foam, but it wasn't as good as when I used a tablespoon of the water from a can of chickpeas.

On the other hand, it's a lot better than aquafaba. You might want to check out Frothee. I think that's a little better product and the bottle you get lasts forever."}}]}]}
