This is a great item and gives you back a good massage or anywhere else you want to use it. It is strong and works really well.

This is a replacement of an other shiatsu massage cushion (different make). Works tiny bit differently than the old one, as it stops for a second or so from time to time during the program and changes the direction of the movement. But that's all the difference it is. It is a good, strong massager, deserves a 5 star. I use it on my lower back and back of my neck, releases muscle tension every time.

Used this for the first time being careful to follow advice from other reviewers to only use it for the allotted time of 15 minutes. WOW! Let me shout that again. WOW!! O.M.G! Tried it on my neck first and was a bit apprehensive about placing it properly so I didn't hurt myself. After switching on I manoeuvred it into the position that felt the most comfortable. Resting my head on the back of my armchair, waiting, waiting, then falling, falling, falling. Into absolute bliss as the warmth from this incredible machine seeped into my neck, simultaneously massaging and changing up the massage. The heat spread like a warm bath enveloping the top of my shoulders, lapping up the back of my head. It was only a few minutes before I felt my eyes closing, closing, closing. Completely relaxing, discovering what Heaven must feel like. All too soon the 15 minutes were up and like a naughty child I moved this gadget of joy to my shoulder blades. I turned it on again and slowly slid it down my back until it reached my lower spine. There I let it rest disappearing into the pulsating warmth of this fabulous massage. As it came to an automatic stop after another 15 minutes, I realised I had to also stop. I could have gone on and on and on but you can only have so much Heaven on this Earth. But....the future is looking bright. The future is looking like a daily dose of Heaven. Here's to 2024 and beyond. The best Christmas present I ever got. Apart from 43 inches. Of smart TV of course! 😇

Really impressed with this, although very hard and can be uncomfortable, it works! Great for releasing tension in my shoulders and have recently put my back out, have used this and has really helped with the pain relief. If you persist with it and push it into the right places in manipulates muscles very well. When your paying £40+ for a massage each time this is and no brainer, especially with the warming setting on as well. Only negative would be cable could be slightly longer or a battery built in. Recommend and have now bought for others. 👍🏻👌🏻

Easy to use, handy carrying strap and adapts easily for use in the car but the netting which covers the rotating bits is too fragile and tends to tear easily; it's coming away from the side on mine and I only bought it in January.

I ordered the item from the Swedish Amazon site and assumed that I would be able to plug in the product. But I was wrong since it was a British plug that followed along with the product. Even though I got to order a converter for free, it was a lot of extra work for something that should be obvious.

I bough this item at Swedish Amazon, but the item arrived with a UK plug which doesn’t work in Sweden, so I can’t even test the pillow... Not good. Have to consider to additionally invest in an adapter or return the massage pillow back...
