Lovely product, really nice to cook with.Don't make the same mistake we made and put in the dishwasher. Cast iron products aren't dishwasher proof (it does say clearly on packaging too). 100% user error. I will be ordering a new one and remembering to hand wash only.

Great pan for the Uuni. You can cook a steak perfectly in one of these in about a minute. I've also done prawns and some easy to cook veg (peppers, onions etc). Lovely pan and gives a great alternative to using the Uuni for pizza.

Great for steaks, veg and making caramelised onions.. mm now I am hungry!

Handle too short burned hand getting out if oven

Heavy weight pans. Seems very good quality.

Useful addition to my UUNI 3 Pizza Oven. At 350C - 400C my tandoori chicken skewers take 2 minutes (turning once after 60 seconds) Would have scored 5 but the handle doesn't inspire confidence although it does seem to work. Season well following instructions and re-oil using kitchen towel before each use and your skillet will remain cleaning friendly.

What I dislike about this product is that there is no leaflet or catalogue that gives you information about the size and how to use this product. And they charged us £15.00 its a waste of money and very small.

Great sizzler for the husbands unni pizza oven

Works well in pizza oven. Some complained it didn’t grip well. I disagree, I practiced a few times quickly paying attention on how it locked into place. If your mindful about it, it works great! I do have to say, duh! You should be mindful, you are pulling searing hot cast iron skillet out of a 900 degree oven. One would assume you would take the extra 10 seconds to make sure you lock it in place prior to pulling it out with gloves! Common sense.

Wir haben die Sizzler Pan für unseren Uuni3 gekauft. Da dieser Ofen knapp 500 Grad heiß wird eignet er sich natürlich auch sehr gut für Steaks.Wir haben bisher bereits einige Rindersteaks zubereitet und sind begeistert. Da wir selbst keinen Beefer besitzen, haben wir da zugegebenermaßen keinen Vergleich - das Steak ist unserer Meinung aber definitiv besser als vom „normal“ temperierten Grill.Nachteil: man kann nur ein Steak auf einmal zubereiten, allerdings sind die Grillzeiten sehr kurz um ein Steak Medium zuzubereiten daher von uns kein Punktabzug.Definitive Kaufempfehlung wenn man einen Uuni-Ofen aber keinen Beefer besitzt.

Würde die Pfanne sofort wieder kaufen zum grillen.

There's a learning curve to using these in a 900 degree oven. Loading food into a cold pan will lead to burning the top of whatever you're cooking. Make sure to preheat these pans before adding food and keep an eye on it while cooking. Otherwise, these are a great product at a reasonable price and something every Uuni owner should have, just plan to burn some things while you figure out how to use it.

Great little cast iron skillet. I cooked rib eyes in a wood fire oven, taking them out was very dangerous because the walls are very thin and hot grease can easily spill out. The handle is sketchy, just be careful when it’s hot.
