Could this be used to hem lycra fabrics (underwear)?

I'm not sure it would last so long because of the stretchin Lycra but it would hold temporarily....maybe a few washes!

I don't know. I used it on something that doesn't need to be washed or tumble dried. Sorry.

Will this stick leather to leather ?...

Yes it’s but you iron it on so you would need to protect the leather with a cloth before ironing it
