I think they're a wonderful size! Yes they're enormous for salt and pepper but look wonderful on the table. Heavy and solid with the right sized holes for spices. Long wait for them to arrive but well worth it, had so many compliments on them already

Love them... great size so don't need to keep refilling... did need to cover some holes so as to limit amount coming out but that's good - we have a choice : ) and arrived earlier than expected... Nice surprise !

My daughter has a retro style kitchen and when I saw these I knew they would fit perfectly into her theme. They are large at four inch but she thinks this is fab as she won't have to keep filling them. They are really well made and look really great on your retro table.

Looks really cute, but lot bigger than expected and salt shaker started to rust pretty soon

Love them. Arrived quick and look great, the only small drawback is too many holes for the salt and pepper to come out off, but soon blocked up a few holes around the outer edge x

Im ersten Moment bin ich etwas erschrocken, als ich diese beiden Streuer sah. Eigentlich waren sie für den Tisch gedacht, aber dafür sind sie einfach viel zu groß. Ein weiches Ei damit salzen? Ja, wenn es ein Straußenei ist, dann würde das passen...Ich habe sie neben dem Herd stehen und verwende sie beim Kochen. Dafür sind sie aber so optimal, dass ich es bedaure sie nicht schon viel früher fehlgekauft zu haben. Dafür sind sie einfach nur perfekt.Ich hätte die jetzt nur noch gerne in klein für den Tisch....

COME ON It is $5 set of salt and pepper shakers. I got mine a couple days ago and they seem jsut as sturdy as anyting else. No weak rivets. And to think I almost was scared off by bad reviews? Honestly sometimes I think people have too much time on their hands. It's a salt shaker..... not a Porshe.. And they look great work great, the lids are fitted well and again unless your slamming them down or something these will last as long as nayhting else your going to use everyday. They will sit on a shelf and look great forever.. But if you use it, its metal and its coming into contact with salt and moisture, its not going to hold up forever. Great thing then you get to get a new set of something else because thats the way life is!!!If you like em GET EM and stop over researching everything like I was.. take a deap breath and make that $5 gamble!
