Hi... Yes there is with the top part of the zip also supplied to sew onto your jacket.

Q: will the trouser connect to my RST jacket please

The trousers have a zipper that connects to all the leathet jackets i have.... so if your RST jacket have a zipper i would assume its the same as mine as all the zippers on my jackets are the same size and from different company's

Q: Can you wear these outside your boots?

I have a pair of Triumph three buckle trials type, high calf boots and they will go in and the trouser legs zip up without a problem. I would imagine that zip up boots would be even easier.The quality is quite good (I wear them more often than my £300 Triumph leather trousers) when I ride my Triumph Thunderbird LT.
