Love this frame. Packaging was secure with foam protectors at each corner of frame for safe shipping. Quality is amazing - Looks way more expensive than it is. I have 2 frames for my diplomas, another for a photo of my boyfriend and me. Can be vertical or horizontal. Hanging on wall, or propped through its kickstand. Love this frame!

I’m really happy with this diploma frame—it does exactly what I needed and looks great doing it. The size is perfect since it fits an 8.5x11 diploma with the mat or an 11x14 without, which makes it pretty versatile. The wood finish gives it a clean, professional look that works well in both a home office. The plexiglass front was a nice touch—it’s lightweight but still clear, and I like that it offers some UV protection to help prevent fading over time. These frames are decent and priced fairly for the product. Mine came with no cosmetic defects and after a few tweaks will work well. The backing does NOT hold your certificate snugly against the acrylic glass. I added a few pieces of paper between the back of the document and the backing and that has worked well. Otherwise your document will move once hung. The packaging was inconsistent on the two frames I purchased. One was wrapped in plastic with foam bumpers on each corner as well as had a film on the acrylic. The other had 3 corners covered, not wrapped and no film on the acrylic. Luckily neither the frame of acrylic was damaged though. All and all for the price, I would buy again if I need to.

Frame is good quality. I did expect actual glass, but it came with plexiglass acrylic. It looks nice, but the description is misleading. Good value though for the price. I ended up removing the gold matte from underneath the blue matte to fit my diploma. The matte was good quality too and all the colors matched the picture and description. I ended up keeping the frame and am using it.
