This product is excellent to eradicate the feelings that you need to have a cigarette! I have used this product for a year and still need to use it as I have smoked since age eighteen but needed to stop so went toi nicorette chewing gum and yes it does work. So if you need to stop smoking then give it a go, its hard but worth it on your breathing.

My partner likes the minty taste, but it can be a little over powering sometimes. It seems to help but needs to remember not to chew it constantly, which some people don't realise! I would say it's good value for the price, effective and the right nicotine level to help him cut down.

Check that this strength is suitable for how many you smoke a day. This was too strong for me but no problem - I just cut one in half and only needed to chew it for about 1min and it satisfied my craving. I stopped smoking in February and this was a big part of helping me quit. I would have one of these at the times of the day where it was so routine for me to smoke (lunchtime, after work) and it got me through the first couple of weeks.

Burns at first but definitely keeps my cravings at bay. You have to get past the first sensations then it eases. Has helped me cut down on cigs!
