If you do nothing else in the area of professional development this year, make certain this book gets on your reading list.

This book is a collection of buzzwords and fluffed up adjectives. There is no real substance to the book and the author never defines his take on culture. It is just several examples of other businesses that have succeeded on their own that he attempts to connect to a vague idea of culture. If you stripped anything worth reading from this you would be left with enough info to maybe fill a pamphlet. Do not waste your time on this book. A better use of your time would be to read Jocko Willink's Extreme Ownership.

Greg really lays out a blueprint for culture minded leadership in this book. A must read for those looking to build a team culture in their business.
