I wanted to give this company a try as it looked like a cheaper version of Custom Probiotics or potentially a reseller. They do offer free metal spoons with the purchase which I appreciate.However, this supplement didn't do anything for me, the 3 billion probiotic lozenge I had worked better.In addition I later emailed the company to ask some technical questions about the strains used. The customer service rep didn't understand the question and gave an unhelpful response. I replied again to clarify and that if she didn't know the answer, asked her to send the question to a different member who could answer technical questions. After that, I got ghosted, which gave me a really bad feeling.At this time I would recommend to go with Custom Probiotics which is a trusted brand.
