Fast, silent, smooth, and fabulous!
I'm over 60 and was bringing my skates back into use. My skates are from the 90s, but high end artistic, so the boot and frame were still perfect. The bearings were shot, the old bearings were Bones Swiss and served their purpose. I have been used to higher end bearings only skates but am not competing any longer. I looked at the various Bones options and these Bones Swiss bearings met my criteria. These bearings are as wonderful as I hoped, smooth as silk, quiet, and fast. I expect them to serve me well as the previous Bones Swiss have. They are very nice bearings, I highly recommend them!

Worth the money! Bought these 12 Years ago!
Let me start of by saying this, I purchased these bearing for my Vanilla skates in 2014….Yes you read that right, Dec of 2014. The bearings got heavy use for 2-4 years after purchasing and have basically sat. Maybe using them every 6 months or since then. Last night I pulled out my skates and went roller skating. Been almost 12 years since purchasing these bearings and let me say, out of 16 bearings I found maybe 3 that were sluggish meanwhile all the rest still spun forever. Now that is crazy to, they sat for all that time and still work almost as good as new. These bearings are awesome and hold up to their name. They were $70 back then, now $100 but I’ll still pay that for them since they last that long. Very much worth the price! They roll smooth and do not make crazy noise! I’ll be buying another pair soon for another pair of skates I’ll be assembling soon.

Gold Standard in Skate Bearings
As the title says, you will be hard pressed to find a faster, smoother, more quality bearing than Bones Swiss. Forget Abec ratings. These are “skate rated” and they always last longer, roll faster and require the least amount of pumping or pushing to get them going. I’ve tried other brands over the years and I always come back to Bones Swiss as they are hands down the best performance bearing on the market.

LIFE ALTERING GAME CHANGER
I'm very upset with myself for not ordering these bearings sooner. Best bearing ever, do it now. setups: 6'6" @ 260lbs plus a 6 lb chihuahua, 5-20 mile rolls. averaging around 12 mph and 50 miles per week. 3 months in, only cleaned once, not sure i needed to. have rolled 8x80mm, 8x84mm and 8x90mm.

Good Bearings, Over-Priced
I think these are good bearings and probably well-made, but I feel they are way over-priced. Guess that's the cost of dealing with the Swiss.
