Meguiar's G12711EU NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 Synthetic Paste Car Wax 311 g

This is amazing car wax. After using Meguiars car paintwork cleaning compound that does a better job than T-Cut to clean and prepare the surface after washing, I applied Tech Wax 2.0. The results are stunning, absolutely amazing. My Buckingham blue Range Rover has been transformed into a superb shiny almost wet-look mirror finish that beats most new showroom examples. Only a professional car detailer/valeter could improve upon the results I have achieved using Meguiars products and that would cost many hundreds if not thousands of pounds.Easy to apply achieving a superb result using microfibre cloths and the sponge applicator supplied.I recommend this without hesitation.

As long as the bodywork is prepped properly before you polish, it does an excellent job as you can see from the pic. My car is 11 years old and as you can see, the polish combined with clay bars, does an amazing job, even on older paintwork. And it keeps the shine for months. Just give a standard jetwash, without soap, then hand dry and that shine comes straight back, No problem.

I moved to this from using collinite car wax, which i found very hard and messy to apply and buff off, the results also did not last for long.This Meguiars product however is actually as advertised, super simply to apply and ready to buff off a few minutes later with ease and minimal mess.The finished look is flawless and this will now be my preferred wax of choice.In the pic above i has just glazed the car (poorboys black hole) and applied this wax over the top to seal in.

I purchased this wax based on some great reviews from previous users and also the Meguiars name. Item arrived well packaged and comes complete with a foam applicator, so the tins looks huge.The wax goes on easy and is easy to polish and buff off. Downside is when it hits any water drops it then doesn't apply so well using the foam applicator.The shine was good and I like to feel the car to see how smooth it feels, giving a good indication of the quality of the paint work. If you detail your car you will understand this.Biggest downside to the product is once opened and I had applied to my car, I wanted to apply again to the front spoiler and bonnet to add some extra protection. The wax had broken apart and had left some bits almost like dry crumbs. I contacted Meguiars and they did advise this should not cause any concerns and the wax will apply perfectly fine.You can see some small bits in the photo and I have to say the tin had been opened and I had previously used.the wax on two cars. So perhaps it just hadn't been sealed up very well and dried out a little ? I had actually used 90% of the product.

Combined with an initial scratch removal and clay bar cleaning to get rid of the tar spots etc, finishing with this wax makes the car look really smart.Also, it doesn't attract dirt as much, and it tends to wash off easier in the rain, and lasts a long time (a few years unless you wash your car very often) before you need to replace it, if you follow the instructions correctly.

After years of being a Meguirs fanboy, Im moving on to other things.Too many good other products out that make this wax redundant in both gloss, protection and ease. Who has wax that marks trim anymore? I was disappointed with the new ceramic wax, disappointed with the mirror bright classic stuff and the shampoos are too gloopy and full of wax (i want pure shampoo so i can see if my wax needs topping and better cleaning). I was dissapointed when the wheel brush came and fell apart, i was recently dissappointed when their APC was all i used inside the car, now the mazda looks terrible, ive dressed it with a simple silicone spray and viola, its back to perfect, so they're getting beat by cheap 99p carplan stuff.I think it's time to move on from the hype and glam advertising. Ultimate polish isnt even polish its a glaze... that washes away easily. Ah, like an old marriage, im done.After ultimate compound also didnt save me when i came to respray a panel, I tried Farecla as its for the pros.... Im converted. The bottles do what they say on them, they arent using crazy flashy names or gimmicks, they are used by the bodywork industry because they havent got time to mess around.Once this wax is gone, im getting Farecla G3 Paste wax as its coming through as a winner for me topped wit their g3 pro spray wax or QD each wash (they also do three washes, one for stripping all wax and grease, one thats pure and one for quick washes with wax in it ). They're not overpriced too, in fact the cheapest by a mile.Yep, time for something different.

I don't care what other car wax brands or formulations promise, I've had Years of successful experience with Meguiar's ME G12718 NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 and I'm not switching. Goes on easy, buffs easy with no streaks and lasts and lasts and lasts. It's thick and covers a large area. The shine is second to none and provides that tough wear resistant layer I'm looking for in paint protection through summer and winter. I just bought 3 more bottles, and these will serve me for many years to come....one (purchase) and done. Every time they try to replace a good product like this with a supposedly 'new' formulation, it's not the same and usually has a waterier consistency to the product. Waterier to me means more water, less product. Meguiar's ME G12718 NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 has a creamier, thicker consistency that's almost like a liquid wax concentrate. I even use it on my windshield (no joke). If you try it once, you'll be sold on it for life.

Excelente cera la recomiendo ampliamente, es fácil de remover y deja un acabado muy brilloso, es un poco cara en comparación de otras pero sin duda la calidad es excelente vale la pena llevo como 2 meses que encere la camioneta y sigue estando muy brillosa y repelente al agua!
