Hope for those who suffer with low mood
Ive now been taking these for supplements for two months and ive really noticed a difference. I am not suffering from the extreme lows that i once did and my PMS and migraines have lessoned too. I think the HTP included in the multivitamin is probably the main contributor to this change but i think the fact that my body is receiving more of the vitamins that those of us who suffer with low mood are lacking (folic, selenium etc) also helps. I now feel better able to make other changes in my life that will also help lift my mood on a more permanent basis.

Highly recommend
I have been using this product for the past 2 months and it has made a huge difference to me, having suffered with depression and anxiety over recent years, I was looking for something to give me a boost and keep my mood balanced and this has done the trick. I have also noticed an improvement in my sleep which has never been good, I will certainly be buying them again.

Made me vomit
I have taken a lot of similar vitamins in the past including from this brand. Unfortunately these had an awful taste to them. I took them twice and around an hour later vomited on both occasions. I won’t be taking them anymore. I don’t know if I am allergic to the ingredients or the batch was off.

Smells Bad!
I think the product may help (because it contrains 5-HTP), but it smells so bad, I cannot take it!I have no idea if this is normal (no warnings), or a bad batch.... In any case waste of money!

I thought what a good price for these products, so ordered plenty, but when I checked the best before date they expire 06/20.So not so good after all.Amazon should make it clear when something is going out of date.

ACTUALLY WORK
Ive been suffering for a few years with depression, i recently changed my medication and thought i would see if these helped. Within a few days I started to feel more positive about things. Highly recommend.
