Directions
Wash and pat skin dry as usual. If you are going to use a toner, apply the toner before the serum. Apply a small amount of BeShiny Vitamin C Serum to entire face, neck and decollete (a little goes a long way). Allow to dry for 1 - 2 minutes. Can be used daily and can be used under make up. Follow with your favorite high quality moisturizer.
