This is an ultra powerful antioxidant that is good for general health but is also shown ((plenty of cited medical studies)) to be beneficial for COPD sufferers.On a less serious topic I've noted it definitely helps to prevent a hangover if taken prior to intake.Has strange smell to the capsules but that's normal and not a cause for concern.I will continue to take.Also this brand is one of the bestThank you.

It was good initially and then the effects seemed to stall. We finished the bottle but we have bought another brand which is also stronger 600mg instead of 500.
