I was on a tight budget for a sensory area in my classroom and this seemed like it could help me out as other projectors are very pricey! It's not fantastic but it does the job in a dark room. I will be using this alongside other sensory items to engage the children in my class. The one problem I have with it, is that the top comes off very easily and I will have to tape it down so my children can handle it safely.

I was a bit worried about buying this product due to all of the negative reviews but I'm so please I got it. For the amount of money I paid for it the quality is ok. The two lighting states are good, we have high ceilings in our house and the stars aren't even blury. This product comes with a USB cable but there is not adapter so be prepared if you need one (we didn't). Overall I think it's a good product for the price you pay. I thought it was going to break in my hand when I read the reviews but it is not at all flimsy, the top does come off so you can change the projection screen but it goes back on easily.

I have tried to track down a model 'status' brand where the coloured lights slowly change rather than flash? I ordered 3 different ones but they are all the same - just sold at different prices and lengths of usb leads. So be aware! The white star light effect is lovely - shame the other settings are like disco lights rather than the Aura lights changing slowly - whats happened to that model?

This light does display a pretty light show, which is good for a night light or a romantic night in. It has two buttons to either use white light or changing coloured light (or both). It does have to be pretty dark to make out the stars and doesn't fill the whole room. It is also hard to make out any real constallations even though it can be rotated to the month, to supposedly show the constallations for that month.For the price though and with the USB adapter it is a great little product for a pretty light show, especially when to get a real constallation projector costs about £100.

I got this for my baby's room and he does seem to like it but the lights are no way near as bright as in the advertised picture and it eats batteries! The room needs to be completely dark to see the lights and still then it's not that bright. It came with a usb cable and i tried this to save on batteries but it didn't work, but then again what do you expect for under £9.

Very flimsy top...The lid to this item is simply a piece of plastic, which is held together with a loose ring which falls off every time it is touched. If it is left alone it looks very pretty, however, it was A LOT SMALLER that we expected.

I read all the reviews of this item and regardless of the mixed reviews I gambled and bought it anyway.Yes it is flimsy, it doesn't come with a plug. It is cheap and does put stars on the ceiling . . I wouldn't necessarily say that this us the best buy ever but it does what I wanted and I'm pleased I took the gamble.

Not that great, sounds better than it is.No star constellations, no star animation- just some green and red flashy lights.
