are cables rated and safe run behind wall when tv is wall mounted

If your TV USB port is on the side it should be fine , they're very good quality but I haven't had for that long, bout a month or 2 , only time will tell if it manages to still hold strong signal, charge etc. Safety wise this seems to be well constructed.

Will this work if i connect a soundcard to it (logitech g pro x soundcard) will it affect the audio in anyway?
