Great vitamin! Especially for vegetarians
As a vegetarian, you don't get B12 in your normal diet. As such, I try to find a good multivitamin to supplement. This multivitamin has 100% of all the vitamins you need per day. Since not all vitamins from a tablet get absorbed, I usually take two. These are quite easy to swallow too!

Unlike others, has 100% RDA of wide range of vitamins & minerals
Most multivitamins contain rather random amounts of a smallish number of them (leading Which? magazine to recommend people don't buy them). Either hardly any, or in some cases too much. After much searching I found this one, which contains as many as 24 different vitamins & minerals, with 100% RDA of almost all of them. So actually this is the only multivitamin I know of that can be recommended.

Hopefully these will help sort out some health snags, and last for ages, have no taste and easy to consume. Purchased as the best selling one had so many complaints about its odour, and this has 100% of so many more.

A good inclusive bunch of vits & minerals.
Now on our 3rd tub, taking 1 a day.....now a year on....They contain some minerals that are deficient in most diets so chose these.

Very good I think they are doing me good, but I suffer sad syndrome, so will wait until winter to see if they do make a difference
