Excellent product, delivered on schedule, easy to operate and looks robust, ideal for DiY motorist, I bought primarily to allow me to remove road wheels from our two cars in the event a tyre change or repair is necessary at a tyre shop, I would rather take just the affected wheel than the whole car, carrying case keeps allows easy carriage and keeps dust n dirt at bay, overall good value product

Looks very nice but not used yet thank god
Looks nice.great sturdy wee plastic case to stop it rolling around in the boot. Lifts 2 tonnes. Not tried it yet. Suspect it’s made in China but to a good standard. The RAC have obviously allowed and will no doubt be taking a percentage on sales and publicity but the wee package looks good. Can buy cheaper but hey done that before

looks good
Ordered this jack as the one supplied with the ford fiesta(2002) felt flimsy and unsafe. The title RAC attracted me as they are a well respected organisation.Item arrived promptly and looks strong and well built and case was intact.Dont know how well it operates as I havent used it yet, so cant give a 5 star rating. Will let you know.

I'm buying another one. Very strong, light in weight, quick and easy to use.
The carry case for the unit is nice and solid. Some use weak plastic and dont close properly. The unit itself is sprayed orange - this could be useful to see it better in the dark. The lifting point for the vehicle is nice and easy to spin around and grips well and doesn't rock left or right under load which gives you confidence if you're under the vehicle when raised. I can't fault the actual unit itself hence why I will be buying another. One point worth noting - you will need a FLAT screwdriver to use the unit when deflating the "pumped up" state of the unit. I have just put a spare in the box. Without this you wont be able to drop the car when raised. Well priced, overall very happy.

Excellent product and very good value.
I was delighted with this purchase. It is very sturdy, compact and tidied away in a super carrying case with handle.

Good car jack
Hove now used this on a friend's car and had to lift the car slightly to fit under. Apart from that works well lifting and releasing. And yes, you can't store it with the handle attached, but I've more important things to think about!

Initially good, leaks after 2 years
When first purchased, it felt strong and sturdy. I’ve had it two years now and the problems are: 1. It’s leaking oil, which makes me think it’s unsafe and it will fail under load 2. The metal branding plate keeps coming off. No bug deal but indicates poor build quality So, all in all, I can’t recommend this.

It's a matter of hoot handle it!
Good for the price - deserves five stars as a lifting device. Nothing more to say on this, so I'll turn to the accompanying case. Other reviews mention the case not closing if the handle is on (as in the picture).... this is true! The handle is in the case as a separate item and needs attaching (clips on, no screws) - but clearly needs un-attaching if you want to store the jack back in its case. I guess the handle of the case itself will suffice, and the separate handle will eventually go in the bin. Unless you want to place the case in the bin and keep the handle!! Or you could attach and un-attach the handle each time you use it...mmmmm ....it's a bit of a faff to pop it on and off etc.. so I guess my handle will go in the bin!
