Solgar Magnesium with Vitamin B6, Synergistic Formula, 100 Vegan Tablets

I have been using these for over a year now. The reduction in muscle cramps and restless leg symptoms is amazing. I wouldn't say my energy levels have improved but been able to get to sleep and stay asleep is 100% better. These are meant for long term use, it is not a quick fix for any symptom. It's a shame they can not be on a subscription.

Purchased there tablets to help prevent leg cramps that occur when in bed. So far there appears to be an improvement with a reduction in the cramps. If this continues l would recommend them.

I take it everyday for my bones very good for cramps and muscles it promotes sleep aswell and supports brittle bones or fractures basically maintains bone strength should take magnesium with B6 as helps to absorb magnesium more effectively in the gut and acts as conductor to help move magnesium inside your cell

Bought for a friend but you have to take 3 a day, he said he’d rather have a higher dose and just take one a day. But work well.

Excellent mag plus the b6 helps you absorb it and makes you stay sleep!
