World History Timeline

This chart is incredibly smooth and near luxurious to touch. The paper that it is printed on was a very pleasant surprise. The images are bright and balance the informational blurbs that keep one thinking and going back for more. I bought this as a proactive, non-forceful way of introducing the truth in our history to my three children. It has ignited an awesome level of curiosity and thought-provoking conversations that simply delight me to no end. I couldn’t ask for a better (sneaky) learning tool. In this disconnected world of technology---a place where children would rather share facetime with a screen instead of a person---I am thankful for this piece of art. It is a beautifully crafted piece marrying historical truth and modern imagery.

I bought one of these for my children aged 8 and 11 and I have it framed in our kitchen. The kids love it and whenever they have friends over they are drawn to it, pointing things out and discussing the pictures and captions, which I think are really varied and interesting. The quality of it is better than I expected and I will definitely be buying more from the range.

A really impressive poster. Great size with great pictures and information. I bought it for my niece's 7th birthday. She couldn't wait to put it up on her wall and said she could use it for her homework. Will be buying this series for presents again.

Great quality poster that helps visualise the main history landmarks. We got it framed and hung it somewhere both our children can easily see it. Great starting point to discuss any point in history. Highly recommend it.

This timeline is fantastic, not only is it stuffed full of fascinating historical facts but looks great. Once you start exploring it you can't stop, I can't recommend it enough.

This is an interesting poster that we have above the dining table. The kids (8 and 13) love to look at it whilst they are sat eating, working or playing. However, there are several spelling errors throughout the poster, some quite severe. AND it has a section at the end for 2000-2010 but includes a fact from 2012!

Looks good enough for the kitchen wall and our primary school age kids 6 and 7 like asking about the pictures which leads to conversations about the past which we all seem to enjoy. There’s enough info next to each picture for some bite size learning. Gives the kids a good sense of history and the sequence of things. Only goes up to 2017.

This is smaller than I expected which is fine. Great for my little history buffs. I find my 6 year old just staring at it all the time.

Eigentlich ein tolles Poster, aber eben habe ich es nun endlich aufgehängt und leider feststellen müssen, dass das Papier so unregelmäßig gewellt ist, dass ein planes Anbringen an der Wand unmöglich ist. Es scheint - obwohl von außen an der Transportrolle nicht erkennbar -, dass dieses Plakat irgendwann sehr feucht geworden ist und dadurch seine Qualität einbüßen musste. So sieht es jedenfalls schrecklich aus. Bleibt wohl nur die Rücksendung...

This is a very interesting poster! Helpful and fun to see how the history of the world overlaps throughout the years. The pictures are bright and detailed. The wording is easy to read but is in a smaller-than-normal font. I would definitely recommend this poster especially for parents of a middle-schooler like we are.
