Epsilon Multivitamin and Mineral Complex - 100 Tablets - Vegan Multivitamins with Iron, B-Complex, Ginkgo Biloba and Ginseng

I must say that this is a massive step up from my usual Multi Vitamins. I have not ate meat in 6 weeks, since taking these for the last say 2 weeks I have more energy. I felt quite fatigued when I first cut meat out my diet (Although still eating fish) as I'm still in the learning stages of substituting the lack of meat with all the good stuff minerals from food.. These have made a noticeable difference to how I feel. It's packed with good stuff, infact, my morning tablet intake has reduced by almost half because this bottle has it all plus some packed into 1 pill a day! This is by far the best Multi Vitamin.. take a look at the ingredients - Speaks for itself !! I also respect the fact that this is a small business. I feel they offer QUALITY over QUANTITY unlike a lot of the usual massive chain stores! Well done guys, really appreciate this product. I would panic if you quit making this! :) Happy Customer

Bought these for my adult son who had a virus he could not throw off. His health was up and down for weeks. I decided, having read reviews, to have some of the multi-vitamin and D3 tablets delivered to him with strict instructions for him to take them daily without fail. After a few days he sounded better over the phone and reported feeling a lot better. Having taken them for the past fortnight he now feels well enough to start thinking about jogging again! I am really pleased I got these for my son and will reorder when the multi-vitamins are running out (3 months ) and D3 (1 year). My son has a physically and mentally demanding profession and I think that without these products his livelihood may have been jeopardised. So thank you so much Epsilon for your excellent products.

Is it me or there is something wrong with the quality of these vitamins... The colour and form (yellow and oblong) of the tablets are totally different from those (white and circular) shown on Amazon and company website. Also they smell bad even through the bottle. I wonder if I should even begin taking those... I hope I receive an answer.

Although competively priced, customers could find them bitter tasting due to the lack of a coating on them. As soon as you put them in your mouth they start to dissolve, which can be off putting. I find no discernable difference to my regular multi-vitamin as yet. But good value.

It's crazy what a tablet can do, in bought these before because I always wake up feeling tired, fatigued and often feel like a cold was coming on indefinitely, after taking the first pack for around a week or 2 I noticed waking up at a normal time feeling the desire to jump up and get on with my day, the cold symptoms faded away, I would not tire out walking to places, and it just feels like everything from your mind to body has more energy and it's hard to describe. They take time to kick in but they do help. I also known to have lost a little weight and my spots skinned seems better too. But the energy and less fatigue is the most noticable. A great product!

Could really use a better coating. These have an abrasive texture so easily catch the surface of the throat making them a little troublesome to swallow. I take a lot of supplements every day, and most go down with ease apart from these which I often need to poke right into the back of my throat and have 2 -3 tries of gulping water to get them down. If they have a waxy texture to the outside they would go down a lot more easily. I cannot comment on the contents yet, as not noticed anything significant.

Like many people, searching for the right Multivitamin is a laborious task at the best of times and made even worse when you have just taken your last one and forgot to order more!! I decided to do some research and finally came across the Epsilon Multivitamin and Mineral Complex tablets. After reading through the ingredients and RDA of its contents I decided to take the plunge and buy them. After a couple of weeks it was clear these MV were much better than the Centrum and Supermarket ones I had been using before. The price was good and the size of the pill is no bigger than a typical Paracetamol. You get more for your money compared to Centrum and the Supermarket MV's do not have anywhere near as many ingredients or the amounts of them. If you're looking for a good quality Multivitamin at a good price then I don't think you'll go wrong with the Epsilon Multivitamin and Mineral Complex.

Very good vitamin/mineral complex at an excellent price. Very good post-sales customer PR. There have been some comments about the size of the capsules (which are in fact perfectly easy to swallow, and pretty small in comparison to some other well-known brands) and about the taste/smell. As these are swallowed, not chewed, the taste isn't very relevant and, given that they have no artificial sweeteners or flavours, you cannot expect them to be particularly tasty. I particularly liked that, apart from all the vitamins and minerals that you would expect to find (calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, vitamins C, E, B, A, B12, K2, etc), they also include some really useful, atypical components - like lutein, copper, ginseng and ginkgo.
