Has anyone used it for a long time and how do you feel about the quality?

Utter waste of money, when you remove it from the packet it puffs up beautifully. However, as my bag of flour shows as soon as you put your head on it it compresses back to less than an inch thick and offers no support at all.

As so many people have found them very very poor quality, have you used the 2 year guarantee thats given in the product details?

I found that these pillows lasted over 8 months - which given the price isn't that bad! I've just bought another pair 17 months after the first pair - although I should have definitely replaced them sooner! I'm still sleeping on the flattened versions of the original pillows and they're still not terrible.

have ony had these pillows a matter of weeks one of them has burst at the seam.

I have had mine probably for a month now pillows are brilliant kooks like a faulty pillow when made.
