BioCare Iron Complex, 90 Capsules

Very much recommend this supplement. Helped get my iron levels up superbly (tested by GP) within two months of taking - with no side effects.

High quality product, more expensive than others but worth it. Spent almost a month in India on a vegan diet which usually gives me issues with iron, took this iron supplement and was perfectly well.

Bought these for other half but Bio Care are a good brand and these seem to be working no complaints

I just started using it for a week and haven't feel any difference. Biocare is well known as a good products for years. I will buy it again in the future 👍

It's difficult to review things like iron. However I bought this Iron supplement after my blood test showed that I'm very low on iron and haemoglobin. I've been told I have anaemia and need to supplement. Two months after taking this I went for the check up again and everything was back to normal. I did also cut on caffeinated drinks and foods that could impair the iron absorption so Not sure if results were down the supplements only? I'm still convinced it helped though.

So far so good on the tummy compare to other ones although I need higher doses because of iron deficiency anemia but nothing is working so I’m just taking them as a little help .

Iron in this form doesn't cause stomach problems or constipation as other iron supplements can
