Am I doing something wrong? This fan is terrible - it would bearly move a feather? And the blade keeps falling off?

Take the fan cage apart, rescrew the fan blade on. It should go on anticlockwise if I remember and make sure it's tight then put back on the cage and you should be ok. If not send it back. I've just spent 12 pounds on a 12 inch fan from b and q with 3 speeds if this helps you.....it is a better fan to be honest.

Yes it does oscillate. You can turn the oscillation on and off by pulling a knob on top of the motor housing.

How do u adjust the angle it says tilt it up or down .i tried this but it dosent work
