It came in a strong package with new dell charger. Laptop for that money is perfect, absolutely clean and battery is 80% as described. I am so happy by purchasing that laptop. Sensor is well , keyboard is well and soft with underlight cover for using in night time. I not noticed any scratch.Overall for that money it is a great laptop for work and day routine and good for low gaming as gta 5 on low graphic set or minecraft :D

Everything good except the batteries
Everything is good but Battery is the worst. if company fixes the battery i would not return the laptop.

Good value for the money.
I dislike laptops in general but I needed one. It was well packaged in a sleeve of bubble wrap. The outside looked brand new as was the inside when I opened it up. I powered it on using battery power and ran through the Windows 10 setup. I continued for several hours with some additional setup. The battery was still at 50% but I plugged in the power cord to check the charger and all was good. I am quite happy with the purchase.I would buy (Renewed) again and would buy from this seller again without hesitation.

Keyboard not working
The product had a sheet with a checklist and it said keyboard was tested. What a lie. Keyboard does not work. Anyhow luckily I purchased a keyboard watched a video ( on the dell website ) how to install a new keyboard and installed the keyboard. Now the laptop works fine. However if you are not a tech person just return it.
