For the first time in 10 years this stopped my polymorphic light rash happening. Will definitely purchase again.

Wow. I was sceptical when buying these but they worked! I’m very pale and have freckles and was holidaying in Turkey so worried I could burn. I didn’t burn and developed a slow natural tan. I usually get heat rashes and this didn’t happen either. I made no changes to my sun creams or altered my behaviour so the good result has to be these tablets as they were the only change. Definitely recommend!

After living with incredibly pale skin that burns so easily I have never been outside of the UK with less than factor 55 on my face and body. I decided to buy these tablets after reading the reviews so I hope this helps someone who is undecided. I’ve been in plus 30 degree temps in southern Europe now for a week and I haven’t burned once. That is an amazing result for me, I have even moved to factor 30 after completing 5 days of factor 55 and still no burning. Of course I’m quite meticulous about sun cream having learned the hard way over the years but with these supplements I’ve felt more confident spending time in the sun and I feel it has definitely increased my tolerance to the sun. I still go my usual shade of slightly red with more freckles so they haven’t resulted with me tanning but I’m just happy that I haven’t burned and my skin has tolerated these high temperatures. I haven’t had any side effects and I think I will continue to take them for the rest of the summer and each time I have a trip aboard.

I have fair skin and normally burn within 20 mins of being out in the UK sun, so when I go abroad even though I always wear factor 50, I still burn! In the run up to a recent (July/August) holiday to Egypt, I was very apprehensive about the sun and tried to find something to help me combat the harmful rays and make sure that I didn't end up looking like a lobster! So I bought these and took one on at breakfast and if we were going to be out in the sun in the afternoon, I took one at lunch (along with wearing factor 50). Bearing in mind the temperature went in to the 50's most days, I only burnt once; that time was when I'd been snorkeling in the afternoon and I forgot to take my tablet at lunchtime. The best of it was I even got a bit of a tan (which is amazing for me!). I would highly recommend these for people who always burn no matter what they do, I'm so pleased I've finally found something that helps my skin.

I am photosensitive and really hoped that these would help. They didn't. I'm not saying they won't work for others, but they didn't work for me.

These were quite expensive but I wanted to try them after reading lots of people saying they helped with their sun allergy. I have been allergic to the sun for over 30 years and other than sun beds not found anything that helps. I tried these alongside some other recommendations so I don’t know whether just taking these on their own would help. I did get the rash but nowhere near as bad as I Usually would. A few little spots. Overall happy with result, not keen on cost.

I have recommended them and bought some for friends and family. As a fair skinned red headed (white now) Scot, I burn so easily, but not now. Fantastic

I took it every day while I was spending my holiday in Greece this summer. The amazing thing is that I did not get any sunburn even I did not apply any suncream. So I think it works really well, however, I think you should still apply suncream to be safe if you have sensitive skin.
