I used it on my natural hair. I don't have the pack anymore. You can probably find out more on the palmer's website. Since the main ingredient is coconut, it's nourishing.

How often should this be used

I use mine every fortnight. But it depends on how often your hair needs it.

I can advise that it very much depends upon the length and thickness of your hair. Enough product should be used so that it is evenly distributed throughout the hair. It will also depend upon whether you prefer to use the product from the root to the tip of the hair length, or from mid - lengths to ends only. As a general rule of thumb, we find that mid length, medium thickness hair will be able to have two uses out of one sachet. I hope that you find this information helpful.
