These are very pretty and delicate lights. I was inspired to make our lounge a bit cosier so bought 4 sets. I have placed them in lanterns with candles and glass vases. They are such good value for money and the timer makes them ideal for placing in items and automatically coming on and off at night. They take 3 AA batteries. Will be buying more.

I've had these lights for 2 weeks now and they are still lovely and bright with the same batteries. I used them for a garden feature where they are enclosed in a window. When I first opened them I thought they were a bit expensive for what you actually got but the quality makes up for this and for the delight they've given me. The timer works wonderfully so I don't need to switch them on or off. They are easy to use and I would buy them again and definitely recommend. You won't be disappointed.

The battery string lights said they were timer operated. That’s why I bought them. Great I thought just right for outdoor wreath! A complete waste of money but haven’t got the time to return them Disappointed Lesley Webb

Very good product

Put inside a wee lantern thing that hangs by the door. If it’s on the timer it stays lit for 6 hours then switches itself off. Looks better than the photo.

I thought the lights would be more bigger and more range of lights to choose from for more decorations i thought the fish bowl came with it so when it didn't come i wasn't happy at all. I even read the description i didn't see anywhere stating that the bowl, jars etc won't come with it. So you spend money on some little lights then have to buy a separate bowl or jar because it doesn't come with it :/ i don't know what logic is that just spending out more money for the sake of it. Not worth the price and the picture is very misleading.

I purchased these to put in a small glass bowl to create a low level decorative light. They work perfectly. I have them set on the timer function so they come on every night for six hours.The batteries seem to last ok, I've got generic alkaline batteries in them (not Duracel) and so far one set has lasted over a week. The LEDs give off a nice warm white glow. I would happily purchase again.

I'm not sure what others who claimed this light string was so bad - did you not understand the term fairy lights? It clearly states the size. They are perfect for our bonsai terrarium/ fairy garden.

Dreamy, dim and cute

Weihnachten konnte ich nicht genug von den Licherketten haben. Gerade die Timer Funktion ist super. Man kann die Licherketten dank des Drahtes dezent in alles einarbeiten und sieht nur die schönen warmen Lichter. Die Batterien halten auch lange. Ich musste sie während der Vorweihnachtszeit ein Mal austauschen. Die Ketten brannten täglich 8 Stunden.

I bought this thinking the usual. I have two others I purchased from abroad, so I know what I'm supposed to be getting. I swear its the saddest and funniest thing! its like about 5 bulbs! its soooooo short, I just laughed I couldn't believe it. Its going back, don't waist your money

Die Lichterkette besteht aus feinem, biegsamen Draht mit kleinen Lichtern entlang des Drahtes. Durch den Draht ist die Lichterkette sehr flexibel und dezent. Sehr gut ist die Timerfunktion. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass das Batteriefach relativ groß ist, aber damit kann ich leben.
