Its my therapy and trying out a new recipe that called for this on top. I had Belgium Pearls , used for waffles, but they are too big for this use. Amazon search again came up a winner and delivered quickly to complete my Christmas Bake. I don't like in a big city and don't have the time to look for these niche products but Amazon has been such a help, and the quality of this product was great

This is a pearl sugar to use on baked goods. I use it on muffins for a little sweet crunch, sugar cookies, and bulla, a Swedish braided sweet bread. This gives a nice sweet crunch while making your baked goods look more professional. I’ve never been unhappy with this brand!!

I have been looking everywhere for these! I love baking at home and am heavily European influenced so I have seen the way a nice challah, or Zopf or sweet bread of any sort should look (and I know what it should taste like too .. I grew up with them!). These worked PERFECTLY! They didn’t burn or melt even in hot temperatures (they were on this challah the whole time it baked) and they made the bread taste that much sweeter. Literally. Plus it gives it a super professional look. Highly recommend!
