Moya Wine Balloon 550 ml Clear | Set of 2 | Mouthblown and Handmade Glass | MV22

I brought these as a Xmas gift for a friend. I have non balloon glasses and as I didn’t want them to have the same as me…. The glasses holds more wine than mine and it is very sturdy too. Despite its shape. The colour is crustal clear and is unmarked. Which of course is always good. I must admit that I haven’t checked if it is dishwasher safe, but I’m sure the glasses will get special treatment and be washed by hand.

Lovely Glasses but OMG Heavy

We have quite a lot of glassware from this company as it reflects a style we like without being overly expensive. In our collection we have glasses from this range but with a more open rim. More like a large Martini glas. These looked to be a great match but with a balloon bowl. The first impression was quite good. The design was as expected and they had no obvious faults. The snag came when we first used them. The design has a rather small diameter base and the base on these seems to be a little more rounded than our other glasses which makes for an even smaller diameter on the surface. Add that to the large bowl and the glass is rather top heavy. Fortunately the bowl has a large capacity soma reasonable glass of wine means it is no more than one third full. An additional small minus is that the very rounded bowl means that it hits ones nose when tipped to get the last drop out !!! We really like the glasses and will likely buy a couple more but doubt they will be used much with guests as the slightest knock could result in a bright red table cloth and a broken glass. Update We haver bought a couple more.

I have numerous wine glasses, some of which are Waterford. These are the best plain glasses I have ever come across. Stunning, well made and a good weight. Not particularly cheap but you won't find better.

As a neighbour said, "You look like King Arthur sipping his wine". Beautifully made and ever so solid.

The glasses are a gift and I am delighted with the quality and style.

These are a take on different wine glasses I bought these at Christmas along with the champagne flutes which incidentally are fab & did get a wow @ Christmas. I also have gin glasses the same too. I like them but not as much as a long stem crystal glass definitely the best

Absolutely beautiful, weigh an a ton so it like having a work out every time you have a drink so that’s a bonus. Fantastic quality can’t wait to replace all my glassware with LSA
