Aquaplay LockBox

We purchased this set as a birthday present for our 3 year old grandson, who was absolutely delighted with it. As the weather was bad, he and Grandad simply played with it indoors, without any water in it! Our grandson especially loved the crane; lifting the container on and off the boat. We're sure he will have hours of fun playing with it outside when the warmer weather returns. It's often hard to know what to buy for children and it gave us great pleasure too - watching him playing and knowing that we'd hit on the right toy! As this set has a carrying case, I think it's the sort of toy that could easily be taken on holiday too.

We had one of these sets for our children, so thrilled to se they're still available for my grand daughter. She absolutely loves it. (And so do I). A little fiddly to put together, but once done, nice and secure, and easy to pack away. I look forward to buying add-ons as she grows up.

The idea of this lockbox is brilliant, being able to fold up and store when play is finished is a good idea however in reality it is so difficult to fix together I won't be taking it apart to close it up until the end of summer. My girls love playing with it though, they will get hours of fun. They are 5 and 1 and both get something out of it. The other other issue is the boat lets in water so badly, which isn't ideal when it comes to boats

My 4yo son has a great time playing with this in the garden. I was inspired to extend it (bought some second hand kit on eBay to add to it) and this makes it a great canal system. We have to empty it every night or unfortunately bees tend to drown in it. (But the refilling with the hose is part of the fun). The joints are pretty stiff and hard work to connect if you have weak hands for some reason but they ease over time / use. No leaks yet (except when not assembled properly).

Great value for money & bought in addition to another aquaplay track. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. No sharp edges and folds away compact for winter or when not in use. Grandkids have been playing with this non stop & keeps them occupied for hours.

Bought this for my grandsons to play with and they thoroughly enjoyed playing with it, didn't leak, the grandsons spilt more water than leaked, have not tried to fold so cannot comment on that, but we'll worth the investment

After reading all the reviews I was fighting with myself wether to buy or not. I decided (also a bit forced by my kids ;-)) to give it a try. Assembling it wasn't that bad at all, the plastic is quite sturdy. One star less because you cannot really use it as a transport box with the built in handle - there are two holes at the bottom making you lose all the parts on your way. We simply transport it the other way round as there is a possibility to grab it easily. It is pretty leightweighted. It's losing a very small amount of water but the kids spill the water everywhere, so that's not a massive factor. The little boat, car and figure it comes with are nicely made and can also be taken into the bathtub easily. So, in our case, it has been worth the purchase, the kids spend hours with it and we are already thinking of purchasing one of the larger aquaplays as they can easily be combined.

Terrible quality, everything is so flimsy and I’ve not even added water to it yet and it to advertise it as lockbox is ridiculous - it has 2 gaping holes at the bottom for all the pieces to fall out of and also it doesn’t have any catches to secure the box but flimsy bits of plastic which I’m sure will be lost after a couple of uses. I bought this thinking it could be tidily put away after each use but on first site I can see this will only be used a couple of times before it ends up in the bin

Kids spielen mit Schlamm, Erde und Wasser und es haltet alles super zusammen. Leicht zu säubern und leicht zusammen zu stecken.Dicht ist es auch und leicht zu reinigen.

Un bel gioco semplice. Plastiche buone e tenuta acqua valida. I bambini si divertono da matti.

Meilleur achat possible pour occuper des enfants de 2 a 7 ans lorsqu il fait chaud. Se transporte facilement. Occupe les enfants au moins 1 heure a chaque fois.

Mes enfants ayant eu un Aquaplay, je me suis donc tournée de nouveau vers cette marque pour mes petits-enfants. Le jeu en lui même est bien et super pour les petits l'été, par contre le système de rangement et de fermeture des 2 parties en valise n'est pas pratique et laisse tomber les accessoires car il n'y a pas de fond. Il faut avoir la notice pour savoir comment positionner les pièces mais les éléments chutent qu'en même.. J'ai donc opté de mettre le tout dans un sac, ce qui n'était pas le but à l'origine.D'autre part, je suis très déçue d'avoir reçu le jouet sans boîte d'origine, ce qui est gênant quand on fait un cadeau.
