I do not rate this product , have tried other names and they work well , this one does nothing only makes me constipated, may work well for other users just not me

Exactly as ordered and as I had been waiting for this product, the seller sent me a couple of other items which was very generous and I shall buy from them again. These do WORK! they are natural that is what I like best about them and really help with hunger. I had to have an op not so long ago and I had to show the surgeon anything I was taking regularly and I showed him 'Now Slim', it got the thumbs up :-)In total over a year I lost 41/2 stone gradually and sensibly and when I regain a few pounds I always have these to get me back on track

They do work but theres alot of caffeine in them & they keep u awake all night even with sleeping pills. They keep your appitite at bay but also you need alot of willpower and need to burn off the energy and they make you aggiatated and jittery.
