Helps you lose weight
I first used this in 2013 when I was trying to lose weight. I must say, with 3 times A week exercise and good diet, taking these açai berry capsules, helped me speed up my weight lose plan. I lost 18kgs in less than 3 months.

I have tried many accai berries this one is that I have stuck to , I suffer with lupus and this accai product has helped reduce inflammation I have lots of energy afte taking this.

Can't be sure if they work
I can't be sure if it works I've ordered this some year back and took all the dose figured I'd try again but still nothing and realize for 12.99 I'd rather spend more money and buy the powder version which might be stronger and last longer. You get what you pay for I guess. These might work for you, I think that the size of every individual is different the heavier and larger you are the more powerful dose you need to see a difference. Like a small person taking caffeine 33mg or 100mg these do nothing for me I weigh 80 sometimes 85kg and what works for me is 200mg + caffine in one dose then I feel it. Perhaps same can be said of Acai berry extract. I don't want to double or triple the dose I'd run out of product so fast. I gave it a chance more than once, don't let my review stop you from trying it though, It might work for you. I won't buy it again though.
