Sock Unicorn Craft Kit

My 13 year old made this independently. Very impressed. Now she can make as many more as she wants, now she has the skill. Defo worth the money. She loves it.

Over priced, what you get is a pair of stripped sock and a square of felt a reel of cotton and a few buttons and some stuffing. Nothing is pre cut you have to cut everything yourself. The instructions are poorly written along with 2 photocopied sheets of A4 in black and white not giving clear instructions or a decent diagram to follow. Very disappointed hence the 1 star. Definitely wouldn't buy another product from the same company.

My granddaughters aged 10 and 8 received these for Christmas and were desperate to make them up. The socks were lovely and bright and there was plenty of stuffing and felt fabric for the mane, nose, horn and tail. They both needed a lot of help to cut out and sew but thoroughly enjoyed the project. Including a pattern for the tail would have been good. I recommend them for children who have a parent/carer/adult able to help them.

Said friend isn't going to use the socks provided (striped) as Unicorns are white, so she's going to buy some white ones. (She's quite right as well, Unicorns ARE white!

Great birthday present

Though it looks like my unicorn has "seen things", I really liked this little kit.Instructions are okay, and you get plenty of stuffing. I had a few problems with the horn and thread colour, but would definitely buy again.

My 10 year old daughter managed to complete this kit without any help. Good clear instructions and it led to a beautiful toy.

Enjoyable to make, grandchildren loved them, something totally different. For little ones, just replaced button eyes with sown felt. Highly recommended
