POSITIVEThis is a very good cutter. Cuts easily through the hair and also collects it in the comb so you don't have hair all over the place. No pulling, extremely quiet and easy to use with the battery. No trailing cables. Charger works well and tell you when the battery is full.NEGATIVEHowever, there is one deal-breaking negative, which is the length of cut. The longest cut is 17mm which is the equivalent of a No.5 Wahl. I've attached a photo of my hair cut using the longest comb. The final issue is that it doesn't do a zero length cut. Why does this matter? If you are looking to create a clean hairline, you cannot achieve this with this clipper. They will always leave a minimum of 0.8mm with no comb attached and set at the closest cut level.CONCLUSIONI would not recommend this for a family cutter. It's just to short for children especially with many schools having strict hair policies. If you're in the military or you only want extremely short hair it is excellent, but as soon as you need your hair to be a little longer, this will not do it.

These are excellent clippers,I owned a set of much more expensive branded ones which just seemed to pull hair out instead of cutting.These however are brilliant,they cut to desired grade first cut without the need to use scissors first.Can be use cordless or corded,uses one special battery which seems to last for ages,comes with a spare battery, charger which doubles as mains supply.Attachable grades go from 3mm to 12mm but with no grade attached it will adjust from 0.8mm-2.8mm.I cut my own hair every 2 weeks at 2.8 mm and are so easy to use.Would definitely recommend at this price.

These clippers are everything you need and more. I buzzed my entire head after using henna and these clippers have been perfect for maintaining the length on the sides. I can see these clippers being sturdy enough to use throughout the growing out process and the package comes with multiple grades and scissors, so they will continue to be used too. For value for money, this product can't be beaten. My only complaint is that the longest grade available is 15mm which is quite short.

This is good but if I had one compliant it would be that the blades provided are all short, even the longest blade still gives a crewcut. Apart from that though, it's ok.Edit - this broke the first time it was dropped, the material is plastic and flimsy. If you are going to buy you need to treat it like a box of eggs. I have dropped rating to reflect how easily broken it is.

Waited a while before reviewing - but have now used it for a few months and to be honest it is a lovely bit of kit. Better than the Wahl clippers that I’ve had for years

Oh dear. A dissapointing set. The blades don't sit together for a closer cut and the product did not seem particularly robust. It was nice looking and a great size to hold comfortably. Returned for a refund.

Very low quality. Pulling the hair when ever attached with comb. But the positive side is it holds the charge for long (for time being)

Very good . I normally have a no: 1 . You can take all clip cutting guides off & play with the adjustable sizes on the bottom of the clippers. Great cut , very quiet against others I've used . Smaller to hold , which makes handling & cutting easier .
