great really helps keep cool fan can a bit noisy running at full power but worth the compromise

The Good- Adjustable fan speed- Unique Design and cooling system compared to every other coolers in the market- You can rest it on any surface and on your rap comfortably, without obstructing the air flow, compared to other coolers- Lightweight,The Bad- No.1 hate . The blue Lights, you cant turn it off, i had to scissor cut the wire just visible behind the hole / vents / cutouts beneath the cooler. also using cheap mini led Christmas lights.- Noisy fan & vibration, even at lowest setting, louder then advertised, = please use ultra quiet fans.- Cheap, VERY CHEAP Plastics all round, not sure it would slowly melt under intense heat. also feels like it would shatter into sharp bits if broken.CONCLUSIONI Really like what the company is trying to do, to stand out from the rest, they're starting out safely which explains the many bad points apart from the unique cooling system.In the future i would recommend going for more premium materials and with an option to change the light colours,-> Also add a breathable cushion beneath the cooler so it is more comfortable to rest on your lap.-> Use an ultra quiet fans, if your aiming to gaming laptops, the fan noise shouldn't be noticeable...periodj

Not bad, it works nicely and keeps my hands cool

This is a great cooling tray. Unlike many that are on sale, this one doesNOT draw air up from the bottom of the tray, so you can put it onto your lap and it won't restrict the airflow. Rather, it draws it from the vent holes you can see in the picture at the back. The blue LED lighting does look cool and it's quite suble. It holds my Lenovo g505s perfectly. I have previously only used the Targus chill matt, which always developed faulty USB wires and stopped working. This tray, however, has two USB ports to connect to, and comes with a USB to USB cable, so if that breaks, it can easily be replaced.The sound is not bad, just a whirr of the turbine fans, it may be slightly louder than the Targus ones, but it is alotmore effective at cooling my laptop when gaming, a very strong breeze runs over the whole bottom of the computer, the cooling vent, which is usuallly boiling hot, feels cool, which means that this does a great job, and the turbine speed is controllable via a dial at the back.All in: I would highly recommend this tray to laptop gamers who actually want to use their computers on their laps! I am very happy with it and am somewhat fussy about....well, most things.
