Essential
Every one of my students uses these until they can name and play each note on the staff in a minute or less. I time each student once they have learned about all notes on the staff, each lesson they will see their time get faster if they practice at home. Great motivator and easy to measure progress. Used them with students as young as 4.5. Other cards like key signatures and intervals are good for reviews for theory tests.

The pictures of notes are large and easy to read
These music flashcards save the day time and time again during piano lessons. I wish they had come laminated, but I threw them on a laminator and now they are more long lasting. I use them with my piano students every day. The pictures of notes are large and easy to read, and on the back there is a piano drawn that shows where the note is located. The pack contains notes, accidentals, key signatures, and other simple musical terms for review or for learning.

Right sized packaging...
These cards are great for my younger students. Only 72 cards in the set, so feels more doable. Plus; this seller uses appropriate sized box to mail cards in so that they arrive in good condition.

Does The Job.
I've been looking for flash cards to learn music theory, for I've been sick of using electronic flash cards on various websites. The Good:1) It does the job: You wanna learn about music theory, notes' names, intervals etc? These cards are amazing for that. In fact, there are some neat hints written for you to help you learn these things faster.2)Big font, clear and concise: This is actually very important to me, for most flash cards I came across have these really tiny symbols, which is unhealthy for your eyes and head!3)Portable: You can carry these around anywhere you want. In other words, you can learn about music theory comfortably where ever you're.The Bad:1)Overpriced: At least here! I don't think they deserve the price tag that is given for it due to the poor paper quality and the lack of colorful cards.2)Too simple: I expected more complicated configurations from these cards. The cards are perfectly suitable for beginners. In short, these cards are worth buying, but try to find them for a cheaper price, or if you have enough free time, make your own cards.

Awesome flash cards
These flash cards are great for learning to read sheet music. They cover pitches, clefs, intervals, key signatures, and time signatures. For months I struggled to remember which staff line goes with which pitch. Once I got these flash cards, I had everything except key signatures memorized within three days. I have most of my key signatures memorized, but I am going for instant recognition so I don't always have to count half-steps. I very highly recommend these flash cards.

Perfect for beginning to read music
These cards have worked out very well for my two sons (ages 11 and 7). We do them a few times a week and they are quickly learning how to read music. We incorporate them with actual playing on the piano. They are excited as they learn the notes to apply their knowledge into playing a song. They do not come with a box, but work out just fine.
