These have been great for me. I have recently had surgery and needed to make sure i was not straining when going to the restroom. They worked just as described. I reccomend these highly for those who have had surgery or need to have relief from constipation. Also eat more fiber, those were my doctors reccomendations, lol. I really didn't have issues swallowing the pills and had no taste. The strength I needed was great, for regular strength. With constipation you need the pain relief and these did the job. I appreciate the price point and easy to use by following the instructions on the box and bottle.
