Ear holes are so uncomfortable and misaligned. Besides my hair getting caught in the Velcro I feel comfortable in it, the material is comfortable on the skin. No irritation.

I had my doubts when ordering and while it is slightly uncomfortable that is to be expected, definitely works and has noticeable results if you use it long enough. Normally I do it during skincare definitely recommend it.

I'm using this per my docs recommendation as a chin strap to use with my CPAP machine. It is so comfortable and breathable. I don't wake up sweating in the middle of the night from it. The material is soft and stretchy, perfect for this use. And it can be as tight or loose as you need it to be. I feel like my face is slimmer after using, it may be my imagination but it has only been a little bit using it. I’m going to keep using it and I’m hopeful I see great results. Do recommend.
