Rollga Foam Roller, HARD, black, 45cm, patented 4-zone design

It was a gift for my husband and I can't get him off it! He uses it post-workout and for relaxation purposes. The design is great...really big and chunky and it eases his back ache.

I have used lots of rollers, I own rumble rollers, b*st*rd ball, a peanut (lecrosse ball) style. I power lift, I wanted a hard roller to get deeper into the muscles. I was put of at first with it being foam, didn't think it would be hard enough, well, it is. Really impressed with it, recommend it, better than any gym roller you will use.

Excellent product. This roller is really hard and robust and gets into tight muscles effectively. The groove system allows you to apply pressure to a specific spot, but most importantly, you are able to avoid putting unwanted pressure on the spine and vertebrae, which other rollers do not cater for. Highly recommended.

If you got like a stiff back or anything like that, or pinched nerves this is just what you need. I constantly use mine, even some times sleep with it , because it provides good support. Thank you!

Really good. Durable. Ive has two hollow rollers and both cracked so this one is perfect. Its also rock hard but very light which is great.

Surprise with the surface, uncertainly granular feeling of my fist impression.
