So i am a roofer and i have my own company, lot of people prefer to have a paper copy of there invoiceEven tho i prefer to email it,So i been using this printer 🖨️ for 1 year now, still using the same ink cartridge and i never had a issuePrints good invoice and the ink doesn’t smudge. Very fast print, and long life battery 🔋 very good for on the go, and fits under my seat in my van, bought the case for it to protected, and my phone connected perfectly works really well.

I've got it today, with all the set up and test printing, I'm absolutely happy after hours looking for a colour printer for my little "office" at home.PROS: It is smaller and lighter than I thought. Such a great surprise as I really need sth small and compact to fit to my tiny office corner. I can put it on top of my laser printer and use both printer without any trouble. Too easy to install and set up, one thing I love about HP. One instruction manual for installing without any letter, just images step-by-step. Can't be wrong. Then for setting up wifi, just follow the message. Done within few minutes. Then print by AirPrint from my phone. Successful! Fast charging as well. Battery came up from 30% to 90% within 30'. Not sure why people got troubles. And quite good quality printing as well. I printed one photo downloaded from Internet and it was so beautiful that I decided to use it instead just considered it as a test.CON: The cartridges seem to be small. I only printed 3 pages, 2 are text pages by HP, 1 is a photo but the tricolour level looks like lower significantly. Must order extra ones now. And the speed is much lower than laser printing.So far, I feel quite happy with this tiny printer for infrequent printing and for my miniatures.

Likes: Nice compact size, simple to set up, perfect printing quality competitive pricing.Dislike: Black ink cartridge only produced 40 sheets and genuine replacements very expensive compared to similar printers.

It just works. And works brilliantly. Every step of the setup was clear and simple, the output quality is superb whatever or how demanding the task, the build quality is excellent. And the various ways of powering andf connecting it are all so simple, quick, efficient and trouble free I can only praise HP for covering all the bases so well. I can't remember a printer being so satisfying, and I've owned a few - including portables. The slogan "works every time" is actually proving to be100%accurate. Just remember to buy a USB cable if that's how you want to connect it. It's not included in the box. I've got one but have never needed to use it.

Hardly ever connects either wirelessly, via wifi direct or when USB plugged in. Battery life is about 10 minutes.I bought this for my motorhome & travelling, I do very little printing but always useful to have a printer to hand. Everything I have done with this printer has been via a Surface Pro 7Out of the box it connected fine & printed a couple of pages, next time I tried around a month later I had to faff around with various methods to get it to connect. Error messages pop up & the printer crashes often.I phoned up their tech support & they ran through a process with me which was basically just factory resetting it, it connected after this.Since then it turns on, I can connect via wifi direct or USB, or at least windows says its connected, but no printing. I missed the window to return this but it's been a complete waste of time & money.

Great printer, easy to set up, easy to print from any device, relatively fast for what is expected, portable size so doesnt take much space, what is missing (and I didnt expect it) is the touch screen which i find a bit odd these days.

Very nice looking printer. Compact design.I have set up numerous devices to my home network with no issues. However this printer refuses to connect. Using the hpsmart app I keep getting the message ' printer not supported'.Also even in pairing mode it does not show up on my phone. The printed help sheet refers to using the supplied cd with a computor if issues persist, however there is no cd in the box.I have tried 3 times now and still get the printer unsupported message.I will update on this after I have had a second opinion before returning it.The issue is now resolved to some degree and the product rating has altered. The problem is very weak wifi and bluetooth connectivity. It only works when in the same room as my router. I am on bt halo 900 so not an issue with my wifi. Tried my wireless headphones out in the garden just to check. Hardly a portable device. Maybe this is faulty.An update. Not sure what is going on but the hpsmart app won't accept my correct email address now or my phone number to sign in. However it will print directly off my phone. If I am within 2 meters. Print quality is good. I tried printing a photo onto good quality photo paper and the quality is very poor. It looks washed out and faded. My neighbour adopted it for her small home office, it suits her needs better.
